WE THE
HOUSE

THE CONSTITUTION OF THE FIRST PLAYER-OWNED ONCHAIN CASINO

PREAMBLE

In order to end the oldest one-sided bargain in gambling, to return the edge to the people who fund it, to leave every player’s money in no hands but their own, to publish the books every other house keeps closed, and to secure the profits of this casino for the players who generate them, we do ordain and establish this Constitution.

For as long as casinos have existed, one rule has held: the house always wins.

We did not come to change that. We came to change who the house is.

WE THE PLAYERS
ARE THE HOUSE

ARTICLE I

The Edge

Section 1. Every game carries a house edge. It will not be denied, disguised, or promised away, and no player shall be told they cannot lose.

Section 2. Every other casino keeps that edge for owners its players will never meet.

Section 3. The edge is not the problem. The ownership is. This house changes not the advantage but who holds it.

ARTICLE II

Ownership

Section 1. Every bet placed on PumpKings earns its player a permanent share of the house itself.

Section 2. Shares shall be earned by play, and by one formula:

shares = bet × house edge
OF THE GAME PLAYED

Section 3. A bet that wins earns exactly as many shares as a bet that loses. Ownership is earned by playing, regardless of result.

Section 4. No purchase, holding, or staking is required to earn shares. No gated tiers, no ranks that change the rate: the same formula, at the same rate, from the first bet.

Section 5. Shares are weighted by edge so there is no cheap game to farm: a hundred dollars of ownership costs a hundred dollars of expected losses, on every game, equally.

ARTICLE III

No Venture Capital

Section 1. This house has taken no venture capital.

Section 2. That is why it can belong to the people who play in it: no cap table waiting for its slice, no private class above the players, no investors who bought in at a price no player was offered.

ARTICLE IV

The Division of Revenue

Section 1. Every dollar of gross gaming revenue shall be divided on the chain, in public, into five parts, and only five:

50%
To the owning players
15%
To the game providers
15%
To operations
10%
To the player-owned bankroll
10%
To affiliates and marketing

Section 2. One hundred percent of profit belongs to the players. Not a share of it. All of it. What the other four parts pay for is the cost of running a casino; what remains is profit, and it is theirs. It is not a marketing budget, not discretionary, and never borrowed against. Before the token exists it accumulates for them; after, it buys KINGS on the open market, half for the players of that day and half burned, as set out in Article V.

Section 3. Operations are paid from the fifteen percent, and from nothing else. No second line, no undisclosed fee, no share taken before the split.

Section 4. The ten percent for the bankroll pays the capital that stands behind every bet and absorbs every swing. Any player may supply it, as provided in Article XI. Whoever does carries the risk and is paid for carrying it.

Section 5. The ten percent for affiliates and marketing pays whoever brought a player a tenth of what that player generates, for as long as they play. Whatever remains is spent bringing players to this house.

Section 6. No bonus programs shall draw from the players’ portion. Ownership is the bonus.

ARTICLE V

The Buyback

The players’ profits, one hundred percent of net gaming revenue, work in two phases.

BEFORE TOKEN LAUNCH

Section 1. Before the token exists, the players’ profits accumulate in a vault on the chain. Nothing can take money out of it, not the founding team, not anyone. It leaves the vault two ways only: to the token’s liquidity at token launch, or to the players as a refund if the launch never comes.

Section 2. Shares earned before token launch are a pro-rata claim on the token. Nothing is forfeited by playing early, and nothing is owed by playing late.

AFTER TOKEN LAUNCH

Section 3. Each day, the players’ profits buy KINGS on the open market, onchain, from a published address. Not a promise of support. A purchase, with a receipt.

Section 4. The tokens so purchased are divided in half. Half is distributed to the players who placed that day’s bets, pro rata to the shares each earned in that day, by the formula of Article II. Play in a day, and that day pays you. Half is burned, permanently.

100% of NGR
BUYS KINGS ON THE OPEN MARKET
1/2TO PLAYERS
1/2BURNED
EVERY DAY · FOREVER · FROM A PUBLISHED ADDRESS

Section 5. Every token a player earns was bought on the open market first: reward and buying pressure are one act. What is burned pays the same players a second time, through the price.

Section 6. The buyback has no end date, no cap, and no discretion. So long as this house takes a bet, it shall be executed.

ARTICLE VI

The Name PumpKings

Section 1. The name is the mechanism. Every dollar of net revenue this casino earns buys KINGS, every day, forever, from an address anyone can watch. Half to the players. Half destroyed.

Section 2. The casino pumps the KINGS. In this house, the players are the kings.

ARTICLE VII

Custody

Section 1. A house owned by its players has no business holding their money, so this house does not touch it. Every balance lives in accounts only the player’s own keys can move. This house possesses no key to any player’s funds, and cannot acquire one.

Section 2. There are no deposits here in the old sense: money surrendered against an IOU in a private database. A balance at this house is not its liability. It is the player’s property, onchain, at every moment.

Section 3. No withdrawal shall ever require approval, because none shall ever require permission. If every server this house operates went dark tomorrow, every player could still leave with everything that is theirs.

Section 4. None of this shall be felt. Playing here shall feel exactly like playing at the best casinos, because in every way that meets the eye it is one: a licensed operator, the same tier-AAA game providers that stock the biggest houses, no signature ceremony before every spin, no gas prompt interrupting a hand. The chain is only the foundation of this house, not the furniture: the custody guarantees of a protocol, the experience of a product.

ARTICLE VIII

The Public Ledger

Section 1. A house owned by its players cannot run on trust, so this house does not ask for it.

Section 2. This house shall keep no private books. Every bet, every payout, and every balance shall be recorded on Solana, in public, at the moment it occurs.

Section 3. This house can neither invent a bet nor bury one. A bet counts only when the game that took it has signed it. Every bet the game signed reaches the ledger, whether this house posts it or not.

Section 4. No record in this ledger, once written, shall be altered by anyone.

Section 5. Every balance is public. No balance bears a name.

ARTICLE IX

The Genesis Mint

Section 1. There shall be no token launch date. Nobody, including this house, holds the power to choose one.

Section 2. In place of a date there is a number: the mint concludes when the players’ profits in the vault reach $2,000,000. The vault grows only with play, so the mint ends itself. No hand is on the switch.

Section 3. The token launch follows at once, and play does not pause.

Section 4. Players receive their tokens when the opening price is found. For three days from the token launch the cost of buying falls until buyers meet it, and until it closes no token may be sold.

ARTICLE X

The Supply

Section 1. The total supply of KINGS shall be 1,000,000,000, created once by the contract and never by any hand. Upon creation the mint authority is destroyed onchain. No second mint, no emergency inflation. Not a policy, a property of the contract.

Section 2. The supply shall be allocated as follows:

60%
To the players, pro rata to shares held.
30%
To locked public liquidity, seeded with the players’ profits accumulated before token launch.
10%
To the founding team.

Section 3. No player shall sign, pay gas, or meet a deadline. Every balance is credited in-app, and is withdrawable onchain forever.

ARTICLE XI

The Bankroll

Section 1. The bankroll is the capital that pays every win and absorbs every swing. It is one pool, and it is open: any player may deposit into it, hold a share of it, and earn the bankroll’s ten percent in proportion to what they supplied.

Section 2. Depositors stand behind every bet, in both directions. They take the wins and they take the losses, and nobody else absorbs either. Real loss on real days is the price of it.

ARTICLE XII

Amendment

Section 1. No rule of this house shall change silently. No amendment shall take effect until it has stood in public for a published period, in which the owners of this house may stop it, counted in shares before the token exists and in KINGS thereafter.

Section 2. No amendment shall reduce or expire shares already earned.

RATIFICATION

The casino is one of the oldest working business models there is. The edge works. The games work. Only the ownership belongs to another era.

We are not trying to destroy the machine. We are rebuilding who it belongs to.

The house always wins. That was never the problem.

The problem was that you weren’t the house.

TL;DR

  1. This house is owned by the people who play in it.
  2. One hundred percent of profit belongs to the players. Every dollar buys KINGS each day: half to the players of that day, half burned.
  3. Every bet earns ownership. shares = bet × house edge. A winning bet earns as much as a losing one, at one rate, for everyone, from the first bet.
  4. No venture capital. One billion KINGS, mint authority destroyed at birth: 60% to players, 30% to locked public liquidity, 10% to the team.
  5. No balance shall be held by this house. Every player’s money lives in that player’s own account on the chain, and every player holds their own keys.
  6. Fully transparent, by construction. Every bet, payout, and buyback settles onchain, in public, forever.
  7. No one chooses the token launch date. The players’ profits gather in a public vault, and when it reaches $2,000,000, the token launches by itself.
